DEPOSITS, TRANSFERS, and WITHDRAWALS

  1. HOW DO I DEPOSIT?

    On VantageX, you can deposit Bitcoin, Ethereum, DimCoin, DimToken, LoyalCoin, PundiX, NEM, and ProximaX, with more coins to come. To withdraw on the platform, follow these easy steps:

    1. Step 1: Go to the Wallets page by clicking the Wallet button on the top right part of the website.
    2. Step 2: Look for your coin. You’ll see your account balances for all the cryptocurrencies (coins) supported by VantageX. To search for a specific coin on VantageX,click the Search icon on the top right part of the table and type the name of the coin you’re searching for.
    3. Step 3: Click Deposit and copy the address. Once you click the Deposit button on the row of your preferred coin, you’ll see a pop-up window that displays the wallet address where you’ll deposit your coins. Copy that address.
    4. Step 4: Open your crypto wallet and transfer the coins. Now that you have the wallet address, open the wallet where your coins will come from. Transfer coins from that wallet to the provided wallet address by VantageX.
    5. Step 5: Wait for the blockchain confirmation and see your coins. Depending on the coins’ blockchain transaction speeds, you can see your coins being reflected on your VantageX wallet.

  2. HOW DO I WITHDRAW?

    On VantageX, you can withdraw Bitcoin,Ethereum, DimCoin, DimToken, LoyalCoin, PundiX, NEM, and ProximaX, with more coins to come. To withdraw on the platform, follow these easy steps:

    • Step 1: Go to the Wallets page by clicking the Wallet button on the top right part of the website.
    • Step 2: Look for your coin. You’ll see your account balances for all the cryptocurrencies (coins) supported by VantageX. To search for a specific coin on VantageX, click the Search icon on the top right part of the table and type the name of the coin you’re searching for.
    • Step 3: Click Withdraw and enter the amount. Once you click the Withdraw button on the row of your preferred coin, you’ll see a pop-up window where you can enter your available balance of that coin and the transaction fee involved. Enter the number of coins you’ll withdraw. The total withdrawal will automatically be calculated for you.
    • Step 4: Enter the address and click Withdraw Coin. Enter the wallet address where you’ll transfer your coins. Then, to confirm the withdrawal, click the Withdraw button at the bottom of the pop-up window. Otherwise, click Cancel.
    • Step 5: Wait for the blockchain confirmation and get your coins. Depending on the coins’ blockchain transaction speeds, you can see your coins being reflected on your personal wallet.

  3. CAN I DEPOSIT LOCAL CURRENCY TO VantageX?

    There are two common reasons why you cannot enter a Wallet Address while dong withdrawals.

    • You activated the Withdrawal Whitelist option in your settings. Once you have activated this option, which is available to those who have enabled two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts, you can only withdraw your funds to the addresses specified on the whitelist. To add a new address on the whitelist, go to Settings, then select Withdraw Whitelist. Enter your desired address and the corresponding currency, then click Save Address.
    • You are entering an incorrect address. Entering an invalid wallet address results to this error. We remind you that a wallet address is not an email address. Please be aware of the address characteristics of the coin you’re using, especially the number of characters used for addresses on each coin.

  4. HOW DO I MAKE A TRANSFER?

    Right now, we do not have a feature that allows you to transfer cryptocurrencies (coins) to other users of VantageX. However, the team is working on adding this function. Stay tuned for our updates on this front.

  5. HOW DO I DEPOSIT FROM OTHER EXCHANGES TO VantageX?

    There are different methods of transferring cryptocurrencies depending on the exchange, service or wallet you’re using. Please consult the FAQ and/or tutorials given by the service you use.

  6. WHY HASN’T MY DEPOSIT ARRIVED IN MY ACCOUNT?

    If you have made a deposit to your VantageX account but cannot see it in your wallet, there could be a number of different causes for that.

    • You deposited to a wrong coin address. If you have mistakenly deposited your cryptocurrency (coin) to an address that’s not for that specific coin, the deposit will not reflect on your account. It is important to check carefully the wallet addresses you’re using. In the event that this happens, file a support ticket on the VantageX Support System. On a case-to-case basis, our team might be able to assist in recovering your coins. However, this service may come with additional discretionary fees, and we offer no guarantees that your coins will be recovered.
    • Your wallet made an error in depositing to the VantageX wallet. There are instances when a wallet incorrectly sends or broadcasts a deposit transaction to the blockchain. In this case, please check and verify the status of your transaction from the wallet you use, and any fix should be under the support team of the wallet you’re using.
    • The blockchain may not have confirmed your transaction yet. Blockchain transactions are not instant (for now). They require verification via confirmations, which happen when transactions are confirmed to be legitimate by miners. This confirmed block will be added to the blockchain and continues to be confirmed as new blocks are added. These confirmations are beyond the control of VantageX, and we suggest using the blockchain explorer of the coin you’re using to verify the speed and confirmations of your transaction.

      Your VantageX wallet is in maintenance. In this case, transactions will not be processed until the wallet is back online. VantageX delivers regular reports on the status of its wallets, so please make it a habit to check our announcements on our website and social media for wallets under maintenance.
