  1. HOW DO I SET AN ACCOUNT?

    Anyone with a valid email address can set an account on VantageX. Here is a step-by-step guide to registering an account:

    • Step 1: Visit VantageX.com and click “register” on the upper right-hand corner of the website or the “Sign Up” blue button on the left-hand side.


    Clicking “Register” or “Sign Up” will lead you to this page where you will be required to enter pertinent information:



    • Step 2: Enter a valid email address. Please make sure you own the email address and that it has not been compromised. This email will be important for account verification, password reset, and other re-configurations necessary.
    • Step 3: Provide your first and last name
    • Step 4: Create a secure password for your account with at least 8 alphanumeric characters. We encourage using a mix of upper and lower case letters as well as numbers for a strong password.
    • Step 5: Re-type your chosen password.
    • Step 6: Agree to the terms of service by ticking the checkbox and click the blue “Sign Up” button.
    • Step 7: Wait for the email confirmation and verify your account by clicking the link in the email. A browser should instantly open to tell you that your account is now verified and you may now log in.

    Take note that when you register an email address for the first time on VantageX, you will automatically be tagged as a bronze account.

    A bronze account has a maximum withdrawal capacity of 2 BTC within 24 hours.

  2. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED EMAILS FROM YOU, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    If you’re not receiving emails, please make sure to:

    • a. Check if you have sufficient space from your email provider to receive emails. If you’ve reached the maximum storage space allocated for your account, please check with your email provider.
    • b. Check your spam folder for the email from VantageX

    If these options do not work, please send an email to [email protected] for resolution.

  3. HOW DO I INCREASE MY ACCOUNT LIMIT?

    When you first register on VantageX, you will automatically be given a bronze account with a maximum withdrawal capacity of 2 BTC within 24 hours. To increase this limit, you have the option to upgrade to a silver account, which will allow you to withdraw up to 100 BTC within 24 hours.

    To upgrade to a silver tier, follow these steps:

    1. Step 1: Log in to VantageX website and choose “Settings” on the main menu on top of the page.
    2. Step 2: Once in the Settings page, choose “My Profile” under Accounts set up on the left side of the pane.
    3. Step 3: Click “Profile ID & Selfie Verification” under the Silver Account option. You will be led to an online form.
    4. Step 4: Provide all necessary personal information on the first section of the questionnaire.


    5. Step 5: Upload your personal documents for proper identification. The site will ask for a scanned copy of your passport (front cover and the page with details) and a selfie.


    You may also opt to increase your limit to a Gold or Platinum tier, which involves emailing [email protected] :

    • To upgrade to a Gold tier: VantageX users on the Silver tier can apply for an upgrade to the Gold tier, where the 24-hour withdrawal limit is raised to 250 BTC. To qualify for a Gold tier, users need to HODL 1 million LoyalCoins in their HODL wallet.
    • To upgrade to a Platinum tier: A Platinum account allows you to withdraw up to 1,000 BTC. To qualify for a Platinum tier, user will be required to submit their proof of address, proof of income and 4M additional worth of LYL in the HODL Wallet.

  4. ARE THERE ANY SPECIFIC ID REQUIREMENTS?

    An ID will be required should you wish to upgrade from the bronze account to the silver account. In upgrading, you will need to prepare a scanned copy of your passport to be uploaded on the VantageX website.

    For first-time account registrants (bronze) who do not wish to upgrade immediately, no ID will be required.

  5. HOW TO RESET MY PASSWORD?

    Follow these simple steps to change or reset your VantageX password:

    1. Step 1: Choose “Settings” in the main menu.


    2. Step 2: Then, under “Site Settings” on the left menu, choose “Password.”
    3. Step 3: Input your current password on the first field, type your new password on the succeeding field, and re-type your new password on the third field.
    4. Step 4: Click the “Change Password” button and wait for the system message to pop up, confirming that the process was successful.


  6. WHAT ARE THE FEES FOR USING VantageX?

    To understand the fee structure of VantageX, we first explain two terms: taker and maker.

    • A taker is a VantageX user who places a buy or sell order that is immediately filled.
    • A maker is a VantageX user who places a buy or sell order that is not immediately filled.

  7. DO I NEED TO VERIFY?

    Yes, you need to verify your account. Every time you sign up or register an account, an email verification is sent to your registered email address. Once you receive the email, just click the verification link and wait for the browser to say you have been verified:



    Every time you log in your account, the site will also ask for a unique code, which will be sent to your email.



  8. ARE THERE ACCOUNT LIMITS?

    Account limitations on VantageX are based on withdrawal capacity:

    • a. Bronze Account
      • A Bronze account is your default account when you first register an email address on the VantageX website. Bronze only requires a valid and secure email address, password, and your full name. With a bronze account, you are eligible to withdraw up to 2 BTC within 24 hours.
    • b. Silver Account
      • A Silver account allows you to withdraw up to 100 BTC within 24 hours. The upgrade to a silver account will require you to upload a copy of your passport and a selfie image.
    • c. Gold Account
      • A Gold account allows you to withdraw up to 250 BTC within 24 hours. To qualify for a Gold tier, users need to HODL 1 million LoyalCoins (LYL) in their HODL Wallet.
    • d. Platinum Account
      • A Platinum account allows you to withdraw up to 1,000 BTC. To qualify for a Platinum tier, user will be required to submit their proof of address, proof of income and 4M additional worth of LYL in the HODL Wallet.

  9. HOW DO I SECURE MY ACCOUNT?

    Our developers have made sure your account is safe and secure with a code sent to your email every time you log in. When you made three unsuccessful login attempts, the account will be locked and you will need the help of our support team to fix the issue.

    To increase account security, you may opt to add a two-factor authentication. To go there, choose “Settings” on the main menu, then click “Site Settings” on the left-hand side menu. Next, click two-factor authentication and choose to enable one or both the options listed.



    • How to Enable Google Authentication
      • Step 1: When you click “Enable,” you will be instructed to download the Google Authentication app on your mobile device.
      • Step 2: Once you have the app, you can open it and scan the QR code.
      • Step 3: After scanning the QR code, the app will then provide a 6-digit authentication code which you will need to input on the VantageX site to complete the process.


  10. How to Enable SMS Authentication

    • Step 1: Enable the “SMS Authentication” option
    • Step 2: Add your 10-digit mobile number
    • Step 3: Click “Enable SMS Verification Code” and wait for the code, which will be sent via a text message.
    • Step 4: Enter the code on VantageX and wait for the instant verification that you have successfully enabled the security measure.


  11. DO I NEED MY MOBILE NUMBER TO SECURE MY ACCOUNT?

    You will only need a valid mobile number to secure your account via the optional two-factor authentication. It is possible not to use the two-factor authentication as there is a code sent to your email every time there is a login attempt.
